1. Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the LSJ Education Hub online course platform and the purchase of any courses offered by LSJ Rejuvenate Ltd. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this platform.

  • Course access is granted upon successful payment and, where applicable, administrator approval.
  • All course materials — including text, images, quizzes, assessments, and downloadable resources — are the intellectual property of LSJ Rejuvenate Ltd and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or resold without prior written consent.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account with any other person.
  • We reserve the right to revoke access without refund for any violation of these terms, including but not limited to sharing credentials, reproducing course content, or misuse of the platform.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

2. Privacy Policy (UK GDPR)

  • Payment data: transaction references processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full card details.

  • To issue certificates of completion.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with trusted processors (such as our payment provider Stripe and our hosting infrastructure) solely to deliver our services.

Data is retained for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years thereafter for legal and accounting purposes.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our courses, our refund policy is as follows:

  • A full refund is available if you have not yet accessed any course content and you submit your request within 14 days of purchase.
  • Once you have accessed any module, section, or downloadable resource, we are unable to offer a refund. This is consistent with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28), which provides that the right to cancel does not apply to digital content once access has begun with your consent.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the date of purchase.
  • To request a refund, please email [email protected] with your name, email address, and payment reference. We will process eligible refunds within 14 days.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

5. Delivery Policy (Digital Goods)

All courses on this platform are delivered entirely digitally. There are no physical goods and no postal delivery.

  • Upon successful payment, your enrolment is registered immediately.
  • Where administrator approval is required, you will receive an in-platform notification once your access has been granted. This is typically processed within 2 working days.
  • Login credentials are associated with the email address you provided at registration. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration.
  • Course content, including all modules, quizzes, downloadable resources, and your certificate of completion, is accessible via your learner account on this platform.
  • If you experience any difficulty accessing your course after payment, please contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within 5 days.

  • The course does not replace mandatory training, clinical supervision, or formal qualifications required by your employer or regulatory body.

9. CPD Accreditation Statement

This course has been designed to meet the standards expected of continuing professional development activities for registered healthcare professionals in the UK.

  • This course is currently pending formal CPD accreditation. Upon approval, full accreditation details will be published on this page.
  • The course is designed to contribute to revalidation requirements for NMC-registered nurses and midwives, GMC-registered doctors, and GPhC-registered pharmacists, subject to individual revalidation portfolio requirements.
  • Upon successful completion of all modules and the final assessment, learners will receive a certificate of completion stating the course title, completion date, and CPD hours awarded (10 hours for the Mental Health Awareness course; 12 hours for the GLP-1 Coaching course).
  • It is the responsibility of each learner to determine whether this course meets the specific CPD requirements of their regulatory body.
